Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment is received. Orders are shipped via USPS, DHL, or UPS, depending on which carrier offers the best delivery time for your location.
All shipments undergo a strict packaging inspection to minimize the possibility of errors and ensure an excellent delivery experience.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Responsibility Disclaimer
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If your package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once the package leaves our facility, the delivery timeline is out of our control.
P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
