Returns & Refund Policy



We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you need to request a return or exchange, please read our policy carefully:



Return Window



You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Requests made after this period will not be accepted.



Return Conditions



  • Items must be unused, in perfect condition, with original tags and original packaging.
  • You must include the order number or proof of purchase.
  • We do not accept items that are damaged, used, or show signs of wear.




How to Request a Return



To begin a return, email us at melistuds1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

We will respond with instructions.


⚠️ Important: Returns that haven’t been pre-approved via email will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.





Items Not Eligible for Return



For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings.

If a special case is reviewed and a return is authorized, earrings must undergo a hygiene and usage test to confirm they have not been worn.

If signs of use are detected, the return will be rejected, even if the item appears to be in good condition, as we do not resell used earrings.


Other non-returnable items include:


  • Sale or discounted items
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Gift cards






Exchanges



We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different product, you may request a return (if eligible) and place a new order using store credit.





Store Credit & Refunds



Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, you will receive store credit for the value of the returned item (excluding shipping costs).

Store credit is valid for 90 days from the approval date.


🚫 We do not issue cash refunds or return funds to the original payment method.





Damaged or Incorrect Orders



Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at melistuds1@gmail.com so we can make it right.
